Acceptance of terms

By using the GPUSniff website or browser extension, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

What GPUSniff provides

GPUSniff is a price comparison tool for GPUs and gaming hardware. We aggregate publicly available pricing information from major retailers and present it in a convenient format. We also provide price alert notifications when products reach prices you specify.

Accuracy of information

We strive to display accurate, up-to-date pricing but cannot guarantee that every price shown is current or error-free. Prices are sourced from retailer APIs and product feeds and may be subject to delays. Always verify the final price on the retailer's website before purchasing. GPUSniff is not responsible for pricing errors, stock availability, or changes in retailer offers.

Affiliate relationships

GPUSniff participates in affiliate programs with various retailers and affiliate networks. When you click a link from GPUSniff and make a purchase, we may earn a commission from the retailer. This does not affect the price you pay. Our price comparisons are ranked by price, not by commission rate — we show you the cheapest option regardless of which retailer pays us more.

No endorsement

Displaying a retailer's products and prices on GPUSniff does not constitute an endorsement of that retailer. We are not responsible for the products, services, customer support, shipping, returns, or any other aspect of your transaction with a retailer. Your purchase is between you and the retailer.

Extension permissions

The GPUSniff browser extension requests only the permissions necessary to function: reading product information on supported retailer pages, storing your preferences locally, and sending notifications for price alerts. We do not request or use permissions beyond what is needed for these features.

User conduct

You agree not to misuse GPUSniff by attempting to interfere with the service, reverse-engineer the extension, or use automated tools to scrape data from our service at scale.

Intellectual property

The GPUSniff name, logo, extension, and website content are the property of GPUSniff. Retailer names, logos, and product information belong to their respective owners and are used for informational price comparison purposes.

Limitation of liability

GPUSniff is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to missed deals, inaccurate pricing, or purchasing decisions made based on information displayed by GPUSniff.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GPUSniff after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
